REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. There is a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events when cancelled after payment is received and within 30 days of the scheduled event. NO REFUND when a party or event is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled event. Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party will make every effort to postpone and reschedule your event (with no penalty) to another date should cancellation be necessary.

TIPS: The Glamour Guides are there to make sure that the kids are having a great time and stay involved. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.

PRIVACY POLICY: Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Our primary service area is a 30-mile radius from our location (Middletown, NY 10941.) We also service a “secondary” area outside our primary area, but must add a travel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area. See our service area page for more on this.

BAD WEATHER: The Party Goes on! The Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party Glamour Bus was designed for all types of weather conditions so the party goes on with the exception of severe weather conditions. It is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (snow storm, lightning, very high winds, flooding) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated storm) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party does require a parent be on property and within contact of the Glamour Guides should a need to contact them arise. A parent must accompany any extra kids and siblings age 4 and under at all times.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You may serve alcohol at your event or party (on your property, not in Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party equipment, unless specifically agreed to for an adult event); however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served if it gets out of control. The Client/Host is in charge of, and accepts all responsibility for making sure that they are serving only those of legal age. The Client/Host also accepts any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any alcohol related incidents or accidents. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

DAMAGE: Neither Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests.

INJURY/IMPLIED WAIVER: Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the party as well as on the clients property or their designated location. Using the Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party Glamour Bus is not a high risk activity, so an implied waiver is assumed and agreed to with the liability for damages or injuries being the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK: Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party does allow food and drink in the Glamour Theater. You can also have your birthday cake celebration aboard the rig, but it is strongly recommend that you add a 1/2 hour to the party time to accommodate this.

PICTURES/VIDEO: During the booking process, if you select Yes, Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party will be taking pictures and/or video of the party for Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party’s website, advertising, and social media pages. (We never reveal last names or party locations.) The Client/Host is responsible for notifying all parents of their guests while accepting any and all liability that may arise from the pictures being taken and posted. The Client agrees to indemnify Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party. If you do not want us taking these pictures or posting them on the website or social media, etc.. please select No during the booking process.

COSMETICS: On the Glamour Bus, cosmetics like nail polish, eye shadow, and blush, etc. will be shared but the applicators for face makeup will be disposable (Q-tips, Cotton Balls, etc..). The host and any parents of children at the party understand this when giving their children permission to attend a Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party. The Client/Host of the party is responsible for notifying all the invitees and accepts any liability including but not limited to any allergic reactions.

OUR GLAMOUR THEATER: When we pull up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. We usually have to park on your neighborhood street, so it’s a good idea to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that we will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck/trailer combination needs 55 feet of space to maneuver and park.
